Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Easy box Packaging website and the purchase of products or services through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and quotes

Most of our packaging products are made to order. Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times shown on product pages are estimates and subject to confirmation. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding order — a specialist will follow up to confirm final specifications, pricing, and timeline before any order is placed.

Direct checkout items

Select items (such as sample kits or other listed shop items) may be purchased directly through the site at a fixed or volume-based price shown at checkout. Orders placed this way are binding once payment is completed, subject to the cancellation and returns terms below.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we suspect involves fraud or unauthorized activity.

AI agents and automated ordering

Some of our commerce capabilities (product search, quote requests, and direct checkout) may be accessed by AI agents and assistants acting on a buyer’s behalf, using protocols such as Model Context Protocol, Agent2Agent, or the Agentic Commerce Protocol. An order placed this way is treated the same as one placed directly by a human through our website, and the individual or organization on whose behalf the agent acted is responsible for the order. We reserve the right to apply rate limits or disable specific automated-access capabilities at our discretion to prevent abuse.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once an order ships, in accordance with standard shipping practices.

Returns and cancellations

Because most products are made to order, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except as required by law or as otherwise stated for a specific product. Direct-checkout items (such as sample kits) may have their own stated return or cancellation terms shown at checkout — those terms control where they conflict with this general section.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product designs not supplied by a customer — is owned by Easy box Packaging or its licensors and may not be used without permission. If you submit custom artwork or branding for your order, you represent that you have the right to use it, and you retain ownership of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy box Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Governing law

Changes to these terms
