Easy box Packaging (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the commerce tools available on it, including product search, quote requests, and direct checkout for eligible items. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide directly
When you request a quote, contact us, or place an order, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and details about the packaging you’re interested in (quantity, size, materials, timeline).
Order and payment information
When you complete a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or other sensitive payment details ourselves — Stripe handles that in compliance with PCI-DSS. We retain records of the order itself (what was purchased, quantity, shipping address, order status) to fulfill your order and for our own business records.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed — through operational server logs. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies beyond storage that is strictly necessary to operate and secure the site.
Information from AI shopping agents
Our site can also be discovered and used by AI agents and assistants (for example, through Model Context Protocol, Agent2Agent, or Agentic Commerce Protocol integrations) to search our catalogue, request quotes, or start a checkout on a buyer’s behalf. Any personal information submitted through these channels — buyer name, email, shipping address — is handled under this same policy, exactly as if it were submitted through our website directly.
